Accounting Heart website copy

Sydney accounting business, Accounting Heart, engaged me to write content for their website redesign, in collaboration with marketing strategist, Sarah Denby Jones.

I created content for:

  • 4-page website
  • 10-day email challenge lead magnet
  • video script
  • eBook lead magnet

Challenge: How to make the topic of accounting sound engaging and less ‘men in suits’ dry. The client wanted more of her personality in the copy, and to remove the fear of numbers for her target market, reassuring them her business makes doing the numbers easy.

Outcome: Copy that’s more engaging, that simplifies the idea of finances for business owners, and inspires them to see how knowing their numbers helps them take charge and grow their business.

The client gave me some lovely feedback, saying I made the content:

“… more interesting than if I had written it myself, spending time labouring over each word. She made complex topics simple and definitely more interesting, with engaging calls to action. She also went above and beyond to ensure my content was delivered ahead of time.”
